The Coastline Band

The Coastline Band was formed in 1992  in Laurinburg, N.C. and began performing at clubs and private parties. In November of 1994 the band backed up long time legend Billy Scott of the Georgia Prophets at the Georgia Prophets 30th Anniversary Reunion. This event was recorded live and won best Live Recording at the 1995 CAMMY awards. In April of 1995, The Coastline Band released their debut, self-titled CD and hit the Rhythm & Beach Top 40 twice with " I'm Looking For Love" and "You're the Boss". They released their second CD  " Live Bait" in 1997. With their performances at the Emerald Isle Beach Music Festival, The Annual Beach Cruise, and a stint as the house band at the Beach Music Cafe The Coastline Band has gained the distinction of being "The Future Of Carolina Music ".
